BDH did an excellent job. Another local computer repair service had installed faulty RAM in my laptop and damaged my laptop's case. In 30 minutes BDH was able to replace my RAM and fix the casing. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I had gone to BDH to begin with as I would have saved myself a lot of time and money.

Fast and easy I took my laptop in in the afternoon. A day later received a call about my concerns and anything else I needed and my laptop was done. Picked it up the next morning as scheduled, easy with no surprises.

The turnaround time was amazing. I dropped my computer off on Thursday at 3:30, and the problem was resolved by Friday at 1:00.It took less than 6 hours to clean my computer, which compared to other companies, was extremely fast. This is a very professional, people-oriented organization. The cost to remove the virus was $55. I purchased new security software as well, which was $37,50. The rest was Iowa sales tax. I would recommend BDH most highly.

It turned out that the motherboard was failing in the computer and since it was almost 10 years old I decided not to fix it. The best part was that they completely tested every part of the computer to determine the problem. When they called to tell me what was wrong and told me everything they had done to fix it I was dreading to hear how much it was going to cost. They had obviously put more time and effort into diagnosing the problem than they originally thought, but the stuck with the original $20 they had quoted me! I would definitely recommend them. They were quick and responsive and had the answer I was looking for the same day!
