We set up a date for work to start, he missed that day then rescheduled for a week later. Worked 2 days, skipped about a week and a half then worked another 2 days to complete the job. So not the most punctual, but at the same time I made it clear that the project was not dependent on Jerry finishing soon. The quality of the work is excellent. He reconfigured some vents that were rather hard to get at and I was more than happy with the result. There was a few messes left to clean up, but I didn't mind. I'd rather do it myself than pay plumber's hourly rate for him to do it. My project was not bid, it was time and materials. With that kind of work you could get hosed if the person takes their time. Jerry certainly did NOT do that. He worked hard, and the resulting project cost was very reasonable.

Jerry is a wonderful plumber and a great guy. So glad a neighbor referred him to us. We will definitely call him when we have plumbing issues, need a water heater, etc. in the future. He is professional, experienced, and efficient. In addition, he's the kind of guy you can trust to work in your home, and he doesn't do unnecessary repairs to make his job easier. We've had some negative experiences with plumbers in the past, and he made this a pleasant experience.

ASAP Plumbing was at my house in less than 3 hours when I called because of no hot water. Jerry went the extra mile to understand the issue and fixed several other plumbing problems around my house. His rate was very reasonable and he will be my go-to plumber if I have any plumbing needs in the future.
