Justin, the owner is very committed to his business. He understands the needs of the home owner. He is very receptive to questions. I asked about window spotting and he came prepared with water from Cedar Rapids which isn't hard like Hiawatha's. Windows are virtually spot free, and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Justin and APW.
