Description of Work: Called for mouse prevention: when they arrived, they did a home inspection and said I was already doing the things they would do and that they could not go into the attic because of insurance purposes. The attic was my main concern.

+ -1 moreAAA did an excellent job. The first day they took care of the nests at ground level, and then came back the next day with a ladder to deal with the nests at the second story level. They were responsive, and good to work with. The bill matched the estimated price.

+ -1 moreI called around for quotes for a pest inspection. AAA Pest Control was very reasonable. My appointment was at noon and he was there before I arrived and in the house working when I got there. I told him my concerns about the house from my home inspection and he made note of them during his inspection. He told me what he was looking for room by room. Then he explained what services he could perform if I had concerns about specific pests I had mentioned. The appointment lasted about 45 minutes. I would recommend them again.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with him. I called and he gave me a quote. I asked if we could bring a bug to him to examine. He said he would send someone to look at it. The technician checked around to see if there were other bugs, which there weren't. It saved me the cost of a service call. He did all of that without charging me anything. If I did have a problem with pests, he is the one I would call. He addressed my problem promptly.

+ -1 moreHe was very professional and efficient, and we haven't seen any more activity from the carpenter ants. We were very happy with the service and would call them again if we have any more problems.
Description of Work: We called AAA Pest & TERMITE CONTROL, PO BOX 1204, Cedar Rapids, IA, because it looked like some carpenter ants had gotten into some woodwork by an outside door. He came to check it, and said it probably was carpenter ants, but they hadn't gotten far, and he was able to put wood putty up in the hole to fix it. There were a few live and dead ants around, so he also sprayed around the walls of the basement where they had been and also around the exterior of the house just in case. We also had him come out a month later to recheck and spray again to be doubly sure. The bill was about $100 each time, which we felt was worth it to have the problem taken care of promptly.
