+ -1 moreAfter two hours the clog was never cleared and ! was charge $100! The guy went to the wrong house, too initially. He used my snake because he didn't have the right size. Took forever and was told I'd need to cut the drywall to get to problem area. I hired someone else and they just pulled the vanity and got to the problem saving me possibly hundreds of dollars had I done it the way this guy suggested. Clog was still there and he asked me for $100 bucks! Took his sweet time and he made it sound like he didn't charge for his time, but obviously he did and I had to listen to him go on and on about nothing that I cared about. rip off!
Description of Work: I had a clogged drain.

Description of Work: Had a leaking hose outlet from the front of the house that would not shut off on Saturday evening. Called and the phone was answered very politely and professionally. Asked if the job could be done on Sunday, as the water was still running. Asked me if Sunday AM would work. Told me approximate cost. Called promptly at set time on Sunday morning, and showed up on time. The spiget was a stripped mess. He had to do an extra 1 1/2 work, but still charged me approximate price. Told me every step of the process and showed me what was wrong, and had to be repaired. Very neat and tidy. Would recommend him to all friends and neighbors in need of an honest, hard working, professional plumber. 5 STAR service!
