 + 9 moreFirst part of the contract, the roof was completed but had many issues. sent owner, Tom Buysee a documentation of the issue at hand and no response. He would promise a time frame but never met it. the would tell you he would come the next following day to do some more work and never give a prior warning. Then when request a further notice, he then put me on the back of his list. then no contact. Finally, he called and expects homeowner to have availability with again no prior notice. after homeowner request one-on-one with Tom Buysee, Tom Buysee terminated contract.
Description of Work: signed contract for nearly $30,000. From a new roof, to painting and laying floors
