+ -1 moreSam is good to work with and is willing to work with you. This was an insurance claim job and Sam made it right. He actually hired another crew to do the roofing; Sam honored his commitments and made it right. He got the roof up really fast and the price was competitive. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Sam Runyan of Runyan Custom Homes & Runyan Real Estate to re-roof my house and garage as a result of storm damage.
