Aaron was very accommodating in scheduling 2 separate trips, since I had to shift furniture between rooms, but not charging me extra for it. He didn't get out every stain, but then I knew a couple of them would be really difficult, if not impossible. Overall, a very good experience.

Aaron was right on time and eager to get the job done. The furniture and carpet only took a couple of hours and was dry in a couple more. I had several puppy stains on the carpet and my teenage loves to eat snacks in the recliner. After Aaron was done you couldn't even tell. They looked like new. Earlier this month I had them back again for the master bathroom and it looks pristine. I will be using them again and again for years to come.

Exceeded even my high expectations! Aaron was responsive and professional from the first call. He scheduled me in just two days thanks to a last minute cancellation. Arrived promptly, was friendly with a positive can-do attitude. He worked diligently to do a thorough yet timely job. Took time to put blocks of styrofoam under furniture legs impacted, spotted the areas he identified as needing more effort, and checked on all rooms to see if anything was missed before packing up. Friendly and professional--he will be the first one I call the next time we need a carpet cleaner.

Aaron arrived promptly and after walking the areas needing cleaning offered a reasonable deal for cleaning all the carpets in the house. The carpets dried quickly and look as good as new. The Angie's List discount was applied to the bill giving a much appreciated $60 discount on the final bill. I would recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning needs.

They were right on time. Surveyed the areas we wanted cleaned and they went to work. Furniture was raised and moved for thorough cleaning beneath. The system and staff are easy on the exterior doorways, etc. to move the hoses in and out. If special treatment was needed on an area they just took care of it. I am a REPEAT CUSTOMER for Professional Cleaning over the years and I have never been disappointed.

Had wet carpet in the basement after our sump pump quit working. They came out the same day and got the water sucked up and the carpet on its way to drying. Even made some recommendations on how to hook the sump pump up differently to avoid problems in the future.
