Description of Work: he lock had broke and my parents needed new lock as soon as possible, it was a Friday evening at almost 5pm, they came out, switched all the locks and got the ones I wanted, and no charge extra for after hours! great people!

Description of Work: Excellent service on installation change of locks on a large building. One door had to be reenforced prior to new lock installation. Satisfied with their service - they worked long and h a very hot day. Only one point of dissatisfaction is the security locks & keys we paid extra for so keys could not be reproduced w/o written permission turned out to NOT be so secure. Some one went to company, asked for a key, they made more - w/o my permission!
