+ 0 moreWe used Floor Covering International years ago, were impressed with them then, so we decided to use them again. They are very friendly and professional. They do what they say they'll do, and stand by their products. We love our carpet. And it's good to know if we ever have a question about the carpet, they're always there willing to help.
Description of Work: We called for an estimate and came out when they said they would. We decided on our carpet, looking at many samples they'd brought to our home. They helped by making suggestions, which made it easy to decide. They came back, installed it when they said they would, even though it was during the holiday season. They did an EXCELLENT job installing. They made the whole experience a lot of fun, and we never felt any pressure or regrets.
