Description of Work: I have fiberoptic cable to my home. My internet never goes out and does not slow down when the University in town goes in session. I have 2 gigabtyes of bandwidth.

+ -1 moreWe always have good luck with getting a technician in a timely manner and problems are solved immediately. CFU is a local utility company that prides itself on great customer service.
Description of Work: Problems with my Mac connecting. Just called the help line and after a couple of adjustments, it connected.

+ 0 moreThe service is good. They are reliable. They do repairs promptly. They don’t charge anything extra. They are local expert too. The fiber optic internet is very fast. I would not use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Cedar Falls Utilities for cable service a year ago. It was $35 for cable and $45 for internet service.
