Wife bought flooring from these guys for the kitchen. Flooring should not have been put in kitchen in the first place. Their sales person marta did not tell her this. Then the floor did not hold up and they wanted more money after only 4 months to fix it.. They did absolutely nothing to stand behind their flooring. All different gaps in flooring. Spent $2500 for flooring and they could care less once they got paid. Floor started curling in spots. Looked like h***. They wouldn’t do nothing so we had to rip it up and put in new flooring from somebody who stands behind their work. They told us it was the wrong flooring for the kitchen and B k did a terrible job installing. Once B k gets paid that is all they care about NOT the customer!

This was a great business to work with! The entire team was punctual, proficient, respectful. The job was done as described and at the same cost as the estimate.
Description of Work: We covered up terrible bathroom walls with new tile.

Description of Work: We had a completely excellent experience with B&K Tile. Tiffani Brungard helped us through the initial design and she has a great head for figures and an eye for detail. Dave Wallace was our tile artist/technician and he did beautiful work. From initial tile selection to final grouting this was great customer service.

Service provider began on time and the work was well done. There were the usual inexplicable delays here and there, when the tiler was apparently needed on other projects. The work has held up well so far. My only real problem is that the tile raised the floor level on both rooms, necessitating the addition of a mini-ramp to bridge the step up. The ramps are solid and nicely stained to match the floors outside, so they're not intrusive; I just wish they hadn't been necessary.
Description of Work: Put new tile on the floor and walls of my first floor powder room; tiled the floor of my upstairs bathroom.

BK previously removed the cast iron tub, following demo by owner, of the existing leaking shower in the master bath. Jamie at BK then worked with us to design the tile based on what was previously there. The new design was a perfect update with incredible accents. Owner replaced the subfloor, sistered the wall studs, installed new insulation and completed the plumbing prior to the installation. The installer arrived as scheduled with a 6 day timetable to complete the job. The design was complex enough that the job took a total of 8 days. Included was a 12/20 niche, three corner shelves and two assist bars. We really appreciated the fact that he took his time to do everything right and keep us up to date with how the work was being done. When it was over we had a new friend and actually missed having him around the house. BK is not the cheapest place to go but the quality and service are well worth the price. Job total came in at the exact estimate presented by BK, no surprises. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Installed a Schluter Kerdi walk in shower stall in the master bath. Designed and installed the porcelain, glass and travertine tile.

The two workmen showed up on time, looked at the job and shook their heads for a couple of minutes. The room is on 54and quot; wide at the large end and accessed through a 24and quot; door. There is a travertine floor with heat mat under that I wanted to keep. No sledge hammers so we don't take out the kitchen wall and don't break the floor. Had access to the tub base through the floor from the basement where I used a floor jack and 4x4 to raise the drain end. This gave them enough purchase to stand the tub on end. The two men picked up the 280 pound tub and carried it out through the bedroom, made a sharp right turn through a 28and quot; door into a 36and quot; hallway, another sharp left turn into the front entryway only setting it down once in the hall. They never left a mark on anything! Very easy to work with and very professional. Will hire them to do the shower install since it looks bigger than I want to try. Excellent company that will advise, help plan and do the work. As much or little as you like.
Description of Work: Went to the BK Tile store after we discovered the shower in our master bath leaked. Decided to remove the cast iron tub and install a walk in shower using the Kerdi materials. Jamie ran a preliminary estimate and when asked if they could remove the tub, she responded they didn't normally do that but would send two men over to take care of it.

They are a really well known local company. They have been great and excellent. They are really nice and helpful. The field people and the designers are really nice; they come out to my house and give free consultations. They have got a great showroom with lots of samples to choose from. They use really high quality materials.
Description of Work: I used BK Tile for installing tiles in the shower. They are currently in the process of quoting a flooring project as well.
