Description of Work: I had them install a stone patio. Several guys were put on this small job and they finished quickly. However, our deck was also new and they disregarded the surface, walking on it with muddy boots and dropping their shovels on it. I have yet to be able to get it completely clean, even after scrubbing with brush and mild soap.

Description of Work: Taylor from Bear Creek put up my retaining walls. I asked him if he should backfill with rock or do something so they wouldn't move. He said he's never had a problem. They are moving and bowing out. He said he would fix them. He never did. I have called him multiple times and he will not answer or return my call.

+ -1 moreTyler promptly returned my call, came out and gave me an immediate estimate. Called a few days later when we had a break in day-long showers, came out with his crew and completed the work in less than three hours. The results look terrific. By prior agreement, the crew chief gave me the bill after checking that I was satisfied with the work. I gave him a check and thanked the guys for their work.
Description of Work: Treated driveway, paver hardscape, and 3400 square foot hosta/fern bed for weeds with Roundup. Applied 3-4 inches of shredded hardwood mulch around 150 plants. Returned phone calls promptly, provided quick and fair estimates, and showed up when promised. Crew was professional, courteous, and careful. After being frustrated with Bear Creek's major competitor over the past two seasons (who didn't reply promptly to phone calls or e-mails, took months to get estimates and longer to get work done), will use Tyler and the guys at Bear Creek again for other jobs.
