Description of Work: They were the only ones that could get there sooner than anyone else and the repairs would have fixed my lg washer (brand new only used once)but it needs a part that had to be ordered. Menards would not take it back because it was out of the box (well duh) and lg kept saying they were looking for a repairman service 3 weeks into this I found the repair service and got it old and Drees out of carroll iowa was there to help

+ -1 moreTook 4 trips to the home to make the correct repair, asked the tech for a price before the first repair and he told me $70 so I ok'd him to go ahead but then I received a bill for over $300. I called the office numerous times to discuss the bill, never got anyone to call me back about it and then received a letter that they had send me to collections for non-payment.
Description of Work: replaced valve on washing machine.
