Krystal helped me from start to finish with the design. She made the overwhelming process seem easy! The installers came when scheduled which is a HUGE plus! The crew was fun to work with and very professional. We did not hire a contractor, we tore out the walls, did trim and whatever the Carpet One crews were not hired for. Jerry, Adam and Brian were always willing to help us with tips and hints. These guys were simply the best. My husband hurt his back during the remodel so Adam put up the trim behind the bed so we could use the master that night since my husband was unable to do it. That is just one example of how helpful these guys are. Jerry made the built in furniture for the office and the mud room, along with floating shelves. Everything turned out beautiful and exactly liked I pictured. He does amazing work and planned every little detail. We will definitely hire them when we need work done in the future.

The installation went well and the end result is excellent, for a relatively low price. Only qualm is that they were a no show for the first estimate appointment (due to an employee out sick) and didn't call us to notify beforehand. The manager went the extra mile to make up for that, however.

Couldn't get anyone to consult with me after initial visit to the store in Spirit Lake. I even took some carpet and tile samples home but when no one contacted me back after two visits to the store, I decided they didn't want my business. All I got was a general estimate of cost. I was expecting someone to come out to measure but nothing happened. I even discovered the ladies I first spoke with lived in my neighborhood!

Everything went great from start to finish! We picked out and purchased new tile and carpet. Tile was laid and carpet installed a couple of weeks later. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and on time! The carpet guys did a great job of installing and cleaning up. We would recommend this company! Excellent service.

They have made it their priority to stay within our insurance budget and have been extremely accommodating.

They were great from start to finish. Excellent customer service and very helpful. Prompt fast service and meticulous attention to detail while here. They did a beautiful job. Products are gorgeous. They were very prompt and professional. I went back and ordered carpeting for another room already!

It was good. It's kind of on the pricey side but their installers were very efficient and the salesman was knowledgeable and everything like that.

Went well. We'd been looking at carpeting that floor for a few months (first time buying flooring; turns out you can't really show for it too well over the internet), but we hadn't found anything we had liked. We hadn't initially checked them out because Carpet One's website said their pad/labor costs were around $1.79/sq foot (others were around $1.20/sq foot). But one Saturday, we were in the neighborhood so we stopped by. We walked in and saw the carpet we ended up getting as a featured sale item. Turns out their pad/labor costs actually were only around $1.20ish/sq foot too. Plus, I got a discount as an ISU Alumni Association member which is nice. FYI, their prices actually show everything included in them so you don't have to try and figure out the other costs in your head as you look. That is really nice and rare in our experience (only ones who did that). They were great to work with. They gave a thorough estimate (showed us where seams would be, etc.). Once ordered, it was only two weeks until they were out to install it. The guys worked until 8:30 PM to get it all done which was really nice (helps to have them there only a day when you have a curious toddler who wants to help out). So everything went really well.

CarpetOne had a good sale over Labor Day weekend so we checked it out tosee if we could find what we liked and, most importantly, someone to install the tile for the shower. The service and response was very good, the installation went well, just took longer to complete the shower and bath tile than planned. We love the work, love the tile and the new carpet.

Picked out tile Oct of 2010. We leave for the winter, sto schedule for spring of 2011. First date was too close to July 4th so sceduled for October 3rd. Installer showed up when he said. Scheduled for 3 days and was done by noon the 3rd day.

They did a nice job. I was really impressed with the men that came to do the installation. I have cats and dogs and they were careful about that. I was really pleased with how beautifully they laid it. I would go back there because the installation was so good.

We shopped around quite a bit, and were sucked in by their sales staff. They talked us into high quality carpet, and low quality pad, which as we learned later, the quality of the pad is at least as important as the carpet. They measured the area, and sold us way, WAY too much carpet, which we have rolled up in our garage still. They also said they would send out 2 people to install and we wouldn't have to worry about moving our large furniture. When the installer came, he had no idea that he was supposed to have 2 people to move the large furniture. The installer was frustrated and so were we. I can say 2 good things about them. 1. Their sales people are good at selling. 2. The carpet we got was of good quality. Everything else about our experience was completely horrible. I would never suggest anyone go there. I think they push bad pads so you'll be back sooner to buy more carpet, which is crooked.

I walked into the showroom and saw the vinyl I wanted immediately. I was given sample to take home, which was very helpful. Sales person was very professional in the store, and when she came to take measurements. The difficulty in replacing the hardwood thresholds was not really anticipated, but when it came up, they worked in a timely fashion to find a solution. All the installers who came were very professional. We finished the thresholds, ourselves, because it was something we were comfortable with. They look great.
