Description of Work: My husband called Smart Pest Solutions because we had found a good recommendation on Angie's List. We did not wait long for help in having a live bat removed from our main bathroom. Our attic was inspected, at that time and we were given a good assessment of the problem. + -1 moreWe had called Critter Control and they couldn't get thier pricing structure detailed enough. It was $189.00 for the call, an additional $109.00 per animal, unless of course they would need additional tools and it went on and on. I looked on Angies List and saw Smart Pest Solutions had an A rating so I called them and found out why.
Description of Work: We inquired about having some small animals removed from our property and they offered: free estimates, periodic follow up and an explanation of the services in under a minute. They offered to perform the service immediately, but we are waiting to see if the problem simply goes away.

+ -1 moreI thought that $140 was a good price for what they did. They do what they say they are going to do. They completely eliminated a problem that I had. I think they are experts at what they do. They come out every other month, and they have always been very professional.
Description of Work: They did outside perimeter pest control.

+ 0 moreThey did a really good job. They also do our termite and pest control. The prices are very reasonable for the services the serviceman offered. He kept coming back until all of the ground hogs were gone for one price. He also doesn't hurt the animals when he removes them. He removes the animals in a very responsible manner.
Description of Work: I had Smart Pest came, trapped and removed some groundhogs that were running around yard. Then they went and released them into a forest or field.
