Everything they have done for us was excellent and their pricing was also fair. They showed up on time, they did exactly what they gonna do. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Quick and easy

Roberts Heating & Cooling, Carlisle, Iowa, replaced the HVAC system and repaired, replaced or newly installed plumbing throughout the property we are remodeling in Indianola, Iowa. Exemplary service and professionalism. I honestly don't think we've ever had such great service from such an entity before. Very timely in their scheduling from the start to the finish. Followed by timely email responses and/or phone calls. They stayed on schedule, understood our desire to put off as much as possible to save on our financing expenses. They worked according to our schedule. The whole event was just what we needed and we could not recommend them more highly!

Very well, they were polite, CLEAN, and explained everything. no surprises on the bill. we are so happy with both new systems. they even took care of the paperwork for the refund from MidAmerican. We had used them before for repairs on old system and knew we wanted them to do the new one for us. They were so fair with the repairs. explained to us our options in a very clear way

The people at Roberts were very helpful, explaining every step of the way. They were very prompt, extremely courteous and when asked about contingency funds, they told us, and quot;The bid is the bid. It won't cost you any more or any less.and quot; This turned out good for us when one well driller ran into problems with our land (a big underground cavern prohibited from drilling vertically) they called a horizontal driller, he came in, completed the project and the price didn't change a bid, even with the additional driller. We were very happy with Andy P. and the work they did inside, even repainting the woodwork that was removed to widen the doorway. They all were very professional, answered every question asked (and there were a lot), and completely cleaned up after each day. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend Roberts to anybody wishing to install geothermal systems in either a new house or retrofitting into an existing house. Way to go gang!

Came home from work to no heat in the house on a Friday evening. Of course, this is after hours for this type of service. Called Robert's and they had a service man here within an hour. Turned out that our furnace had a part that was recalled and it finally broke. Diagnosed the problem and the heat flowing within 15 minutes. Even changed the filter in the humidifier, complimentary. Great service and honest people. We bought the furnace from Robert's in June of 2010. They provided excellent service then too! Definitely give them a call.

They were excellent. Our a/c was leaking coolant and it was excruciatingly hot. They would run over and charge our air conditioner to get us through until the new unit was installed. There were no surprises when it came to paying them and they always showed up when they were supposed to. I had to let the installers in while no one was here and I had absolutely no concerns about leaving them in the house. We did not have to go out and search for an electrician or some to install the well, they took care of everything. We shopped around and everyone else we called said we needed to find them on our own.

I have had really good luck with Roberts. I am really happy with them. He gave me a very good price and did exactly what he said he would. It was an experience that was above and beyond anything I expected. He called and notified you of any changes and had very good communication.

They were very good with the estimation process, but were a little expensive, than the other estimate I received. I will recommend everyone to contact them for an estimate at least and will them in future.
