 + -1 moreTook his time, worked in an orderly fashion completing a top to bottom inspection of the home I am purchasing. Pointed out many items and categorized them according to severity (Major, Safety, Repair, Improve, Monitor, and Deferred Cost). He discoverd a gas leak that was bad enough for the power company shut the gas off until the repair was made.
Description of Work: Corey was very professional, did a detailed inspection reviewing issues with me as they were discovered. I received a detailed report including many pictures.

Dream Home Inspection LLC offers the following services: Home inspections-A comprehensive inspection of the property is performed with a computer generated report given to the client the same day as the inspection.
Radon Testing-Testing a home for radon is recommended every 2 years. Whether the home already has a radon mitigation system installed or not, it should be tested.
Sewer Scans-The sewer line (lateral) from the home to the city hook-up is not visible to a home inspector during a typical home inspection. We have the appropriate equipment and training to offer this service to our clients. Damaged sewer lines can cost thousands of dollars to be fixed or replaced.
Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspection-We are State of Iowa certified to perform these inspections.
Thermal Imaging-Thermal imaging is used when needed during the inspection.
