+ -1 moreAsk for Henry, he is very knowledgeable and ready to help. He knows a lot about plumbing and home construction. Nice to have someone who knows so much about home repair. Service was great! Got a call in and call back in less than 1/2 hour. Plumber at house within an hour. Was in the middle of the night too. Fixed problem in no time. I would use them again. I thought they were just a drainage company. I was totally wrong. Great plumbing co.

+ -1 morePolite, professional and knowledgeable. Didn't give 5 stars as I had to call dispatch and find out my technician was running late. Had a 12-2 window, tech arrived around 3. Wish they would let you know tech is running late. They did call 30 min prior as promised. I thought $420 was very high for the services, but hubby wanted answers so we went with it. :-( Overall, very pleased.
Description of Work: Cleaned my line from sump pump to street. Got a small handful of roots. Video snaked the line to ensure everything is in proper order.
