Description of Work: There were some disagreements about the work to be done included on the original estimate. What we discussed and what was actually written on the estimate was not necessarily the same. There was a good deal of time between the estimate and the time the work was done which may account for what was discussed and what was done. In the end its my fault I guess for not being more particular about what was on the written estimate. So it cost us an additional $200 to get what I expected to be included already. The work done was sufficient in quality, I guess. A good deal of the work included adding fill to my yard, but where I would have expected at least a layer of actual top soil added, it was only "fill" with large rocks and chunky clay instead. I also found bits of garbage like broken plastic and an old windshield wiper blade. In the end grass is growing her, but not as well I'm sure as if some top soil had been put down. In my mind the price for this work included the cost of top soil, not free fill from some other excavation. Besides the lack of top soil and added unexpected cost, I think the work was satisfactory. I would probably not use this company again though nor recommend them.

+ -1 moreNate Jones and his crew did an outstanding job and are responsible for the entire re-do of our front and back yards. Nate provided a quote, showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do, and for the cost quoted. They did outstanding work, always cleaning up after themselves and checking to see if I was happy with the work. We highly recommend Natescapes and will use the company for future jobs at other properties we own.
Description of Work: Jonescapes removed and laid sod in entire yard, prepared flower beds, installed stone and plants.
