Gliha Home Inspections and Radon Testing

Thorough walk through and inspection process. Inspection started at 8 AM. Inspector spent nearly 2.5 hours going through the home before my arrival. The he spent an additional 1.25 hours going through findings, recommendations, short and long term maintenance concerns. Radon test equipment was set up and allowed to run for 2 days. Inspection report was sent via email that evening. 50+ pages in length with photos detailing every aspect. He included all the model numbers for appliances and utilities, plus looked up ages of the equipment. Should I have to have service on any of these, all I need to do is review the inspection. Yeah! Radon report was provided within a couple of hours after completing the test. Great reports, great price, great service. Make sure to look on website for discounts.
