+ -1 moreLuke was on time for fireplace/chimney inspection and service. He was thorough and professional. During inspection he determined no additional chimney work was required. Price was exactly as quoted. He also provided me with installer's contact information.

+ -1 moreDescription of Complaint:I Had called Clean Sweep Chemney Care LLC.to get a quote for a chimney cap.. The gentlemen had stopped bye "Luke Sneller" and showed me two or three options on how he could fix the top portion of my fireplace. His prices where outrageous, I decided to tell him, Thanks and that we will think about it. What was also very shocking, is that he hit us with a $90.00 consultation fee that was never discussed over the phone. He now is harassing me to pay him for a chimney cap he claims he special ordered for $430.99 that he cannot return."WHAT". For one.. I Never committed. And two, why would they purchase a special order chimney cap without receiving money from the customer. It Was never discussed with me on the look,style or the color of the chimney cap.... As far as I'm concerned. " THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM"!!! For mister Sneller to sending me a Bill for 430.00 is ludicrous...

chimney sweep, dryer vent cleaning
+ 0 moreHe arrived 15 minutes early! Covered the floor in front of fireplace with a blanket. Told me his observations and went to work cleaning the chimney. Told him we were experiencing a cold draft and he inspected the outside air intake and also went on the roof to check from above. Found that the fresh air vent wasn't closing and told us to call a fireplace dealer to have it looked at. Was done in a short amount of time with very little mess. I did need to write him a check before he left but that was okay. Nice guy. His name...Luke Sneller...owner/operator.
Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected our fireplace chimney. Offered to clean and inspect dryer vent.
