Our sump pump sprang a leak in the middle of the night, everyone else I called said it would the next day or early morning before they could come. Mr. Rooter called me right back and offered to find another tech to come and take a look. The other tech called me within 10 mins and said he would be there in 1 hr. True to his word he was there in 1 hr, replaced the part we needed with no problems. Will use them again for sure.

The fitting on our water booster pump cracked and was leaking water all over the basement floor.  Of course, it was a Sunday.  We called another plumbing company, and they wanted $175 just to come out. So, we called Mr. Rooter in Brandon. The response was immediate. Because it was a specialty pump, they didn't carry the part. But, we knew where to get it. So, I picked it up early Monday morning and called Mr. Rooter as soon as I got home. Within the next hour, our pump was fixed and we had our water back. Mr. Rooter has flat charges for everything they do. Normally, I would have considered $200 to replace a fitting a bit steep. However, it did break on a Sunday, and they did fix it the instant I was able to get the part. And, there was no extra charge for the emergency call. Had the first company come out on Sunday, and then come back after I got the part, I'm sure it would have been infinitely higher. And, they explained to us why it cracked and how to prevent it from happening again. They will also give the rest of your plumbing a quick look to make sure everything is working well. We were very happy with the service. And, they do give you a price before they do the work.

They spent a brief time getting the estimate for the sewer line replacement. Once that was done, they gave me a quote. It was lower then the competitors, so I asked them to perform the work needed. They stayed within the time amount specified in the original bid and their quote was right on - no extra costs were tacked on!
