Everything flowed smoothly. He didn't water down the job and spent the time needed to figure out how to fix the issue. We are selling our house and the buyer's inspection report noted two plumbing issues--a spot on the ceiling in our storage room where water had dripped and also said that our main sump pump was not working and our battery back-up pump was doing all the work. He removed the stained dry wall and thoroughly checked for possible leaks and concluded that it was probably condensation from the heating season on the pvc intake or exhaust pipe from furnace. He tested the sump pump on two cycles and it worked properly as well. Wrote an invoice stating his findings so we could satisfy the buyers and charged us for one hour labor.
