He arrived way early than was suppose to and didn't call when he was on the way. Not a big deal though, we were home just didn't know they were outside waiting because we were still in bed. They were really nice guys, and did a good job, I don't think the ducts were ever cleaned before. i gave them a B in Quality because I think they should have cleaned up the little dust that i saw by couple vents when they were done. We were both happy will be happy to recommend them to people.

Two technicians arrived around 9AM - introduced themselves (offered to remove their shoes!) did a walk through of the house - explained what they would do - the costs - and the anticipated amount of time it would take. They did exactly what they said they would do - returned everything to it place - and even finished a bit early! They were friendly, professional, kept us updated on their progress, showed us what was in our ducts (ugh!) before they cleaned them and the bag of dust and debris after they had finished (unbelievable!) We were very pleased with their service! We would definitely use this service again and recommend them!

we moved onto this house and everyone was sneezing and getting sick. Victor and Sean told me exactly how they were going to set up and what they were going to do.As they found things they showed me. They fixed one of the vents and sealed one vent that had been sealed with duct taped. they pulled out plywood drywall and nearly 25 pounds of dirt. No sneezing in the house.Even friends notice the difference in the air. This company is the real deal. Their equiptment is first rate. Don't hesitate to call.

Two people arrived exactly on time. They introduced themselves and explained in good detail exactly what they would be doing step by step. They went through the entire procedure and pointed out how they would be cleaning ducts and how they could tell that ducts had been cleaned at some time in the past. They were very informative. They presented themselves in such a manner that I felt confident of their work from the start. They showed the cleaning system to me and where it would be outside. They took off every vent cover and cleaned opening in all rooms and replaced covers. Before they started they went over the price including tax and checked that it was acceptable before starting as they have a base price and then also charge per vent opening. I have had duct cleaning over past years and have never had anyone as professional, informative and thorough as this company was. They were respectful, cheerful and put me at ease from the start. They did an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations in every way.
