Description of Work: Mike Lauritsen repaired an attic fan and performed a maintenance service on my heating & air conditioner. He did an amazing job starting with arriving at the exact time promised, very professional, brought booties to wear in my home, clearly very experienced, and a real joy to talk with. He is an example of the American dream at its best, having started his business a number of years ago and still personally supervises or performs the work. Recommend as highly as I can!
