Green Valley Roofing Siding Windows

We contacted Green Valley for siding, roof and window installation on our house. I talked to them on a Friday and they were able to have someone there by the next Wednesday. After a quick response and a great price we decided to go with them. When measuring for the roof we made the comment that we had some leaks and with all the up coming rain they were able to squeeze us in and complete the rear off and installation in one day. It took a little bit for them to get the siding and windows in but they ordered so the siding would be the same stock number and the windows had some odd sizes. When the windows were in they sent Scott and Jared up to install them, they removed 11 windows and installed the new ones all in one day. When doing the siding Scott and Jared were up again, this part took a little longer but after everyday they went around and picked up the yard. Every question I had they were able to answer it for me. The siding and windows turned out amazing!! When all done I had one complaint and David Flores was up on the final walk through and had it fixed right away. We had a very big project and they were able to get it done and stayed right in budget. If you need and kind of remodeling done on your house I would not hesitate to hire this company.

Great. Someone came and inspected before final payment. Some adjustments were needed on the window which were made immediately. Great company to work with. They also told us we didn't need a roof on the house we were selling when another company said we did. That is real honesty

First, we had a very difficult job that most wouldn't take on because we had an old stucco home and we wanted siding and windows and a lot of prep work was needed before siding could even get put on. That's what we were very thoroughly told before we signed with them and what we saw once the project began. We also threw a curve ball at them when we added two doors after signing, but they accommodated and we were very happy we added them to the project. What most impressed me was the cost they gave us didn't change once the project was complete, I have to tell you I was worried about that, but we were reassured the price we were given is what the price will be at the end of the project. The installers were very professional and courteous and mindful of walkways we use in keeping stuff out of the way. At the end they did a walk around to make sure we were happy with everything and we VERY happy. We love our new home! Well looks like a new home to us.

This work was done quickly and professionally. I wish I had used Green Valley on other door, siding or roof repairs in the past. David was outstanding.

Dave from Green Valley came right on time and was very personable. He checked out my roof and gave me some suggestions of what I should watch out for. He did not charge anything for doing this which was great! I am used to companies charging for absolutely everything they do. Very refreshing and I will definitely be calling them again when I need them. I now plan on also having them install a storm door for me too!

I needed a new roof due to animal damage right before Winter and David Flores came out immediately to give me a quote. The price was in line with other quotes and Green Valley was able to get the roof done in three days, one day before the first snowfall of the year. In the Spring they came out and double checked the roof to ensure it was in good shape since the snow had covered it. Then later when the satellite company moved my dish and damaged the roof David came out the same day I called and got it repaired. I would highly recommend Green Valley.

I discovered a leak in my roof early on Saturday AM after a heavy thunderstorm. Green Valley had installed my roof in Nov/Dec 2016 so I called a couple of my contacts at Green Valley later that morning to leave a message to see if they could send someone out to look at it ASAP since there was still rain in the forecast. David Flores called and came out to the house in a short period of time. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and repaired it on the spot. David has been out to our house to check on things before and he's always punctual, professional, and effective at resolving the issue. I highly recommend Green Valley. They consistently stand behind their work and employ qualified professionals.

Great! I called on Thursday and David was there right on time Friday to diagnose my problem. He told me he would come back with a colleague to further troubleshoot. They returned within 2 to 3 hours and did a thorough inspection. Turns out there was no problem with the roof leaking - it was condensation. While they were here, they even changed a lightbulb near the attic access. No charge for any of it. This is the second time I have had them come out to look at something that may need to be repaired. They are always very professional! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for any roofing, siding, or window issues.

David Hipes was very friendly and patient, answering all my questions. Green Valley was very prompt in initial contact and completed the job in a timely manner. There was no sales pressure and very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Green Valley in the future.

In a time where good business practices and customer service are impossible to find, Green Valley Roofing restored my faith that there are a few "gems" left out there, and they are one of them. Now I understand the 5 star reviews. From the time of first contact, until the project was looked at and explained, I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and punctuality. Very prompt communication and actually arrived a little early (not waiting hours wondering like most others). David, who came to the house, was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly took his time in diagnosing the issue and getting to the bottom of it. No waiting around to schedule a future appointment, he attempted to resolve it on the spot. This was a minor job (roof leak), but he made us feel like it was just as important to him as a major roof contract. No doubt, Green Valley will be the first place I call for any future roofing or siding replacements.

Dennis, who originally came out and gave me an estimate, was very pleasant an NOT pushy. He answered all my questions and explained in detail everything I did have a question on. David, who set the job up, was very polite and again answered in detail all of my questions. The crew, led by Bruce, were a bunch of super nice guys, did their job efficiently, and finished the job in less time than anticipated. Clean up both days was done that neither my yard nor the neighborhood was left looking trashy. I am very pleased with the work that was done, Bruce and his crew (wish I had all their names to single them out), Dennis and David. Thank you Green Valley for a job well job. I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a contractor. Next year we'll talk about new gutters.

Roofers did excellent job. Jon, company representative, was extremely helpful in providing assistance with insurance claim.

The job went great. I was remodeling my bathroom, and did not want to start until the roof was finished. I explained this, and told them I would like it done before thanksgiving. I also stressed that if it was not, it was ok, I could re-arrange my schedule. the roof was completed before thanksgiving, and the gutters were done a couple days later. The original quote I was given for the roof and gutters was lower than any quote I had received for just the roof. my roof was in sad sad shape. they did a great, fantastic job. it looks great, the gutters look great. I highly recommend them. they are a great company to work with, great people!

Great job done. Today David came and looked at the gutter after the work has been done. He found the problem and resolved it. Green Valley did not cause the gutter problem.

I cannot describe how grateful I am for Jon! In my opinion he went above and beyond with the insurance adjuster; while we were looking for quotes, Jon and Green Valley were the only company to thoroughly go step by step through the process with my husband and I. The roofers had the 2 hottest days putting our roof on and not once did they complain, they were the neatest I have ever seen. All of our neighbors gave them such great compliments of how great they cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about Green Valley Roofing.
