+ -1 moreDennis definitely knows his way around dealing with customers and variety of large appliances. Most of the details of the service call are under section: What did the provider do? Most of all, as the owner of the appliance, he listened to my observations and did not do or say anything that might have made me feel dumb.
Description of Work: Dennis' Appliance Repair checked 15 yr. old Maytag for oil leak (reason for service call) and at my request made additional checks of water connections. Dennis also explained how he determined the results of these checks. He showed me how and let me turn the on/off valve in case I had a water leak. At my request he looked at my fridge, and adjusted the broiler part of my stove. From initial handshake, and throughout the service call, Dennis was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and amiable. He owns his own business currently and has been a service technician for over 30 years. This was like a service call of the past; when I could count on who my service person would be and actually seemed to care about my appliances. Go independent small businesses!
