He placed fence pots on sprinkler system, which cost money to fix. Not sure there is any more to say except "I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE ELSE"

had an appointment with this company for my house and the neighbors house, they never showed up nor did i get a call, i thought this was very unprofessional.

My husband called them and set up appointment for an estimate. He was to be here on Friday July 26 at 4:30pm. He called at 4:30 to say he was running late. Since we had plans later we couldn't wait over an hour for him to show. So he told my husband he would call on Saturday. Never received a call or had message on machine that he called. So on Monday July 29 my husband called again. He came right over. First thing he was rude when he seen things hanging on our fence in the backyard. My husband said that we would be taking that down when the time came. Started measuring the fence. One he didn't have a long enough measuring tape. Went to show him the rest of the fence on the other side of our garage when he informed my husband that this wasn't a big enough job and find someone else to do it. He was very rude the whole time he was here. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And believe me I will pass our experience onto all our family and friends. Not good business! I would think no job would be to small in these times.

I called several fencing companies to come out and give me advice and an estimate of costs. Creative Decks and Fence was the only company who returned my call. I spoke to an employee and she said the owner would come by on Thursday. The next day the owner stopped by on his way home from completing a job. He was nicely dressed despite the heat, personable, spoke on my level and walked the fenced yard with me, offering suggestions and letting me know what he could and couldn't do for us. He calculated the cost, said that he and his crew could finish it up that day if I would like. He returned to his shop, and the crew followed him back to our house. They worked for a couple of hours, I paid them, and they were gone. The work is perfect, their attitudes were very easy, and I cannot be happier that they were the company we hired. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

From estimate to completion was stalled a bit by a rainy stretch but once things dried up, they got right to work and finished the job in one day!!!!

They were good, they put the poles and put the fence up in one day, they did a good job, one of the poles was damaged, they came out and changed it for no cost, I have no problems with them. I have no experience with any other fencers to compare. We did talk to others, but no one came out to do any work.
