Brad F. came in to my home to finish a job another contractor started. The previous contractor was fired after leaving me without a shower for 2 months. I was afraid no one would want to step in and finish someone else's mess, but Brad did and saved the day. I wasn't sure how I wanted to finish the bathtub surround. After 2 months without a shower, I didn't care, I just wanted it put back together. But Brad had a lot of great ideas about tile and I gave him free rein. I am very happy with what he decided style-wise and the quality of workmanship is superb. I was also surprised at the timeframe he gave me for completion. After waiting so long for something to get done, I didn't believe he could meet the deadline. But he did. He started work on time every day and continued to work without interruption. He didn't need to stand around making small talk, he was here to accomplish a goal. He also saved me over $400 by buffing out my tub. I was going to get it refinished but he asked if I would mind if he tried to make it look better. It all looks just great. My daughter walked into the room and all I heard was "WOW!" And I haven't even painted the walls yet! Specific jobs he completed: installed toilet, sink, all plumbing and faucets; installed tile surround and built tile shelves in the bath area; installed tile surround for the vanity and created a tiled, extended counter area over the toilet; installed new light fixture and mirror, repurposed original woodwork into a border for the sink; installed hardware for toilet paper and towels.

He charged a very nominal price. At first we were a little leary about the work that would be performed because of the low price, but his workmanship was top quality and he worked with us on the fly to create a unique design in several parts of the kitchen. He was very respectful of our home environment, and finished in 7 hours. He cleaned up his work area very well. Brad was very professional and basically created a work of art in our kitchen! I would recommend Brad to any one! He is nice, courteous, and very, very professional! Willing to work with you on design and is very detail oriented.
