Description of Work: I needed an aluminum key blank cut for an auto. The technician assessed the project and took the time to use the correct machine to carefully cut the grooves into the key.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I just purchased a home and wanted all exterior doors rekeyed before we moved in. I called Bettendorf N&S Lock on Monday and told them what I needed. I also told them that there was no hurry as we wouldn't be moving for another two weeks and that I could meet them there 'whenever' because I work only minutes away. Two days later, Jim, their locksmith, called me to meet him. Jim quickly went to work and within 2 hours, had changed the cores in 9 exterior locks for us. (Included 2 locks each on 4 exterior entry doors and 1 storm door.) When he left, you couldn't even tell he had been there... he completely cleaned up and locked all doors behind himself. I also thought the charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind it bought us. I would not hesitate to call Bettendorf N&S Lock for again next time I find myself in need of locksmith services.
