We were impressed from the beginning with the friendly and helpful sales lady to the installers of our counter tops and sink. I highly recommend Aceno to our family and friends.

The new counter tops fit perfectly with a very tight seam upon initial fit up. John took his time to color the adhesive and shim/blend the stone so that the one seam on the top and the one seam on the back splash are very difficult to see. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work that was performed and the look of the new tops.

They installed granite countertops. The girls in the office were easy to work with, very helpful, and John did a fabulous job installing the granite!

Aceno did a great job from start to finish installing new kitchen countertops. I love them. From the beginning where their in-house personnel assisted us with selection., through the estimations of costs to the final installation,, they were top notch. They know their business and we were very happy with the entire process.

We started off by going to a big box store to look at granite and fell in love with a piece. They could not guarantee that had the granite anymore or when it could be installed. I e-mailed Aceno Granite a picture of the stone and got a reply immediately saying they had that exact stone, could have it installed by June 6 (we were having people over that weekend and wanted it done before that), and to stop in so we could work out the details. We set up installation for June 4th. They showed up on time, ripped out the old counter tops and that's when they discovered NONE of my cabinets were level. I expected problems since my house is almost 100 years old. They called a carpenter and he was in the next day and leveled out the area. They came back in on the afternoon June 6th to find out a different area that was level before was no longer due to the leveling of the other cabinets. In order to get the counter tops in, they leveled it out themselves saving time and money. They had also set up a plumber to come in and hook everything up at last minute because they could not finish on June 6th and I needed a working kitchen ASAP. They arrived June 7th, installed all the granite and it looks beautiful! They were very respectful, hard working, explained everything, very fairly priced, honest, truthful, worked around my 2 year old little boy that wanted to help so badly, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had gotten quotes from another dealer that were $2800 higher. John, at Aceno, gave me a much better deal. They are fantastic at matching seams and the installation went well. We did run into a problem or two with the cabinetry that needed some work. They could have easily just put on the counter and ignored the potential problems that could have arisen later, but that is not the way they operate. They would not just install the counter without reinforcing a couple of counter areas that could have later caused problems. I actually mistakenly overpaid upon installation and received a check in the mail a few days later from RaeAnn, the office manger, with a nice note. This is a very honest, reputable, quality and talented operation and I will use them again.
