I am Mike Engle, Member and founder of Pro-Tec Home Inspections L.L.C. Pro-Tec is a professional home inspection company servicing the Des Moines and surrounding areas. As a Home Inspector I continuously up date my training and have one of the best certifications in the business. We provide a detailed home inspection and consistently make every part of our inspection "Above the standards". I am proud to encourage you and/or your agent to be present so I may answer any questions and explain the process and findings of our service on site. Electronic Inspection reports are a regular part of our inspections. In most cases you will have your complete inspection report in your email by the end of the day. Our reports are professional, color coded, easy to understand and full of descriptive pictures of our findings from your actual home inspection. Continuous training and certification still isn't enough for Pro-Tec. Pro-Tec implements state of the art electronic equipment and software to give you the best inspection possible. We don't just do Inspections, we protect your family and your investment.

We won’t risk your safety).

Superior job! Extremely thorough! He spent a lot of time inspecting all 4 stories of this beautiful house. Each floor was inspected with as much care as the first; no slacking on the inspection since we were there for over 3 or maybe it was 4 hours! I can't fully express how overwhelmingly satisfied we were with the inspection. Every nook and cranny of the house was examined; inside and out! Definitely would recommend Pro-Tech Home Inspections.
Description of Work: Thoroughly inspected a 4,000 + sq. ft. home we were interested in purchasing. Since the home was built in 1900, we thought an inspection would definitely be necessary.
