+ -1 moreThey called to confirm a few days prior, called again before comming out to do the work. Showed up at the promised time, was very friendly, professional, and held true to the expectations they set. Was very impressed.
Description of Work: They cleaned our carpets. The carpets were dirty, and they did an great job explaining what to expect, and cause effects. A very knoweldgeable staff.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreJenkins & Goforth did a great job cleaning my carpet. I will have them do all future carpet cleaning in my home.
Description of Work: We have a light-colored berber carpet in our basement, and there was a large water stain in an area by the pool table, that the previous carpet cleaning company was not able to remove. Jenkins & Goforth were able to remove the stain, and also cleaned a traffic area around the pool table and half-way down the hall. He also cleaned the steps up from the basement. He did a great, slow, deliberate job and was not in a hurry to get in and out like the previous cleaner was. It takes a week or two to schedule this company because they are busy (no wonder; they do great work) but the wait is well worth it.
