We have heard good things about WD Doors from a few people and decided after building our 24x30 garage that we would give them a chance and see what they had for garage doors. We called, (always dealt with Ryan Spooner) picked what doors we wanted and we received our bid. We thought the price was reasonable so we went with it. We didn't shop around, or try to lowball him on the price. We said "ok lets order them". (Pretty easy sale in my book) After we got word that our doors were in, we were trying to figure out a day that they could be installed. My husband had a day off on a Tuesday and explained to Ryan that it would work out great for us if they could install them that day. He said he had to speak with his boss about it but he would get back to us. We emailed 2 days later to see if we were on for Tuesday. He still needed to talk to his boss. We ended up calling him on TUESDAY morning to see if we were getting garage doors that day and he said no. They couldn't do it. My husband then asked if there was anyway the doors could be installed on a Saturday so he didn't have to take another day off. He said he would figure that out and call him back..... It's been 3 weeks...... and nothing....... We ended up going through Amega Doors. We aren't going to chase a company to take our $3000!! I would absolutely never recommend this company to anybody. And maybe it's not the company as much as the salesman. But your only as good as your weakest link, and he definitely needs a refresher in customer service. We wasted nearly a month of our time on this company. We have yet to have our garage doors installed through Amega because we have to wait for them to come in, AGAIN, but so far so good with Amega!

The repair man was very good - prompt, professional, and a great worker. Scheduling the appointment could not have been more smooth. Great to find a business who cares.

I came home from work on Tuesday and the garage door I usually park behind would not open. The problem was the arm that attaches the door to the opener had pulled loose from the door. I called WD Door and they were at my place the next day just about the same time I got home from work. Not only did the service technician repair the door, he also check the other garage door's operation and lubricated both doors. I have used WD Door for all my garage door issues since my home was built in 2000. Their service is excellent, prices are fair, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I think it went well. The crew showed up on time an did a fine job. Salesman was also very nice. Thanks for the good work.

He was friendly and got the job done quickly. I'll call him again if i have any problems!

Wayne Dalton did a great job. They met with us at our house to choose a new door, arrived on time, and were efficient in installing our new door. We've contacted them since and they have always been friendly and helpful. Our experiences with them have been pleasant; however, our original door was installed by Wayne Dalton and we had it less than 4 years before it failed us. We hope that was just a fluke and that this door will last much longer.

The service was very prompt, complete and reasonable. The repair was done by Brian; he was excellent in every way.

The installation of the new opener was done professionally at the time and date the sales person said. The product was as indicated over the phone. The installer did a professional job .

The estimator came out and looked at the door and said he would contact me after getting with the door supplier for a price. The next week I saw this company at the home show. The person at the show said in fact he was the one getting the price. He said he had just received the quote and would send it the next week. I never heard back from them. After a couple of weeks a sent them an email. Still no reply. I wasted my time waiting on this company when I could have been getting someone else to do the work. I would have to say they are not very considerate or professional to say the least.

The job was done the first business day after I called and I am very grateful. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

We recently purchased a new home. We had given detailed instructions to the builder for a custom overhead door installation. Unfortunately, the builder did not pass the instructions on to Wayne Dalton. Once the purchase closed, the builder was reluctant to step up and take care of the problem. When Steve at Wayne Dalton learned of this, he sent his crew out to complete the work, at no additional charge to us. This type of great customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, but it looks like it's standard practice at Wayne Dalton. The technicians were very personable and professional, and it was obvious they took a lot of pride in their craftsmanship. We have several doors at two homes now, and we will only call Wayne Dalton if they need attention. You should call them, too, if you need service. You will be very happy you did.

Their price was reasonable. I couldn't get in and out of the door and I don't know whether they kind of recognized that I really them done. So they did come out the same day in a timely manner and fixed it. It worked and they went away. They did a good work and didn't leave mess around. Their quality was good.

They had very prompt service. It was an evening emergency service call with our garage door. They did a really good job and they were very helpful. They showed us what was wrong with it and went over upkeep things to prevent it from happening again.

Very good experience! When my garage door got stuck closed I called another local shop who came out and told me that my Wayne Dalton brand door was poor quality and the springs inside of it had broken. He said the only way to fix it would be to pay $600 for an entire new mechanism. He never inspected anything, just looked quickly and said that was the only way to fix it. Not liking that answer I called Wayne Dalton. They came out the next day while I was at work. My wife said the man was very polite and helpful, and had it fixed within 20 minutes. It turns out that the issue was just that a cable had come off the winding drum. He fixed the issue and lubricated the wheels on the door, and only charged us $25. The door works as good as new again.

They were very responsive. They came within one day of me calling them. I needed it done quick because I couldn't use my old garage door. They got it done in a timely fashion and have had no problems with my garage door since.
