+ -1 moreMark was awesome at returning my phone calls and kept me in contact when he could make the apppointment date or if his other projects were delayed. The mold area was right above our 2 eggress windows so we had to extend the cut. Estimate cuts: basement ceiling 18x3 ft and 2-1x2 ft blocks on wall. Luckily there was minimal water damage. They taped, mud and textured. They were very good about cleanup and taped off the work area with plastic drape. It took just 2 guys and they got it done in one day instead of the projected 2 days. I'm very happy with he results.

+ -1 moreMark was very responsive and professional. He was easy to get in touch with, showed up right on time. The work was done by Aldo and he was very professional and courtious. We have icky popcorn ceilings and he matched it beautifully. After we put a coat of paint on it know one would ever know that it was patched. Aldo was very conscious of the dust and debris and did a great job keeping it contained, then he cleaned up very well. He even moved our heavy TV and stand back in place for me. My bid was $250 for the hole in family room ceiling and $250 for perfecting previous patching done by insulation guys. I felt like the bid for bedrooms was a little high, but Aldo had to do more cutting out of our family room ceiling than expected, so all in all the think the price was fair. I would highly recommend Total Drywall for all drywalling needs. Who knows someday we may even have them replace our popcorn ceiling :) Thanks guys, Nancy

+ -1 moreHe was a nice guy, and I'm sure he does good work. We just needed someone to do it sooner than his schedule allowed, and we found someone who could also do it cheaper.
Description of Work: After our electrician did the wiring in our kitchen remodel, we needed some wall repair. Since we have a weird plaster material on our walls instead of drywall, we weren't sure if someone could just patch what was there or if the room needed to be completely re-drywalled. We had Total Drywall come out to give us a quote. He was punctual in coming out, but we needed the work to be done within a week and his schedule didn't allow for that. He did tell us that he would get back to us with a quote though. He called about 5 days later (when he said he would call within a few days) for a quote around $950. The other person we found to do the work did it for under $600.

Description of Work: Mark and his brother refinished and retextured a newly remodeled bedroom, walkin closet, and bathroom. The original job was done poorly by another contractor and we asked Mark to fix it. He also replaced a small piece of drywall that was damaged during construction. Mark was on time (a miracle I am finding with many contractors) and did a very good job at a reasonable price. He came back and fixed a small spot where the new texture did not adhere to a place where we had some sample paint colors. I'm very picky when it comes to work being done on the house and i was very pleased with their work and professionalism. We plan on having them drywall and finish our next project, another bathroom gut and remodel.

+ -1 moreAfter calling way more drywall companies than I should have needed to and getting no call backs, we got ahold of Total Drywall, who was actually in the area and offered to meet us at our house that day! After looking at the job we needed done, they wrote us a quote on the spot, and it was the SAME PRICE as another company was quoting us to just do the finishing and texturing and we would hang it ourselves. The workers arrived on time, and were very courteous, making sure that our furnace was off during the process so dust wasn't sucked up into it, taping everything off, etc. They worked efficiently too. When the second coat of mud wasn't dry in time for them to sand, they came on a Saturday to finish up. For a very reasonable price, they also repaired a few others areas in the house that were damaged from moving, and fixed the bathroom wal we had to cut into to access plumbing when we were finishing a bathroom in the basement. I would recommend Total Drywall to anyone needing this type of work done!

We had a few places in the dry wall that we did not quite like the finish. They sent a guy over right away and cleaned up anything that we found after repayment. Their price was pretty reasonable.
