Supreme Air Duct Cleaning

I could not be more pleased with this service. Not only did they get a ton of gunk out of my ducts and dryer vent, but they went above and beyond the call of duty when we discovered the previous owners of my house really didn’t have the dryer connected to the vent. They didn’t need to triage that and could have asked I get a repair person over instead. But they figured it out and were just a great team. Two thumbs up!

I liked the service as far as taking before and after pictures, which was very helpful.

The service techs were professional, respectful, and courteous. After a brief tour of our home to see where all the registers and returns were, they went to work right away. They also cleaned our dryer vent. Once completed, they showed us pictures of before and after. Even though our home is less than 10 years old, it was a service that definitely needed done. We would have no problem referring them to others and would hire them again in the future.

I called Supreme on Friday and they showed up on the following Tuesday Morning. They are quite professional and the dryer vent was cleaned out in a little less than 30 minutes. We had not had the vent cleaned in over 15 years and it was incredible how much lint they took out. This company is wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Made the appointment through the owner, Rick. His crew was on time and very professional. They completed the work in an efficient manner. They also uncovered another issue with the duct work that needed attention. I called Rick about the additional issue and he said he would have his crew come back to our house to take care of it. He and his crew came back within 48 hours and fixed the issue which if not taken care of could have caused more serious issues down the road. Super professional, courteous, and efficient. The personal involvement of Rick, the owner, showed me that he truly cares about his business and his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme to others needing their services. Rick was very diligent and tried several techniques before finally able to retrieve the rod and brush. He came on a Sunday morning and was very reasonably priced. Rick is very personable and does not try to sell you something you don't need. We would definitely call him again and refer out friends and family to his business!

Rick's business is great! The guys that cleaned for me were very meticulous and worked until everything was spotless. They even dusted and cleaned around my vents too. They noticed other issues with my house and notified me immediately.

Rick, the owner of Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning and Supreme Air Duct Cleaning (same company), came out and did the job himself with one helper. He was very professional and friendly. Rick really takes pride in his work, taking multiple before and after pictures of the insides of the vents to prove he got them all clean. As he points out on his website, if your duct cleaner doesn't do this, how do you know they did the job? Truth be told, I've hired other cleaners before who never showed me any pictures, and he's right... I have no idea if they really cleaned my ducts, so I'm glad he offers that service. He was also thorough enough to find not one, but two dog toys down in my vents, and he went to the effort of getting them out! This is a new house for us and we've never had pets, and we were doing the cleaning to get rid of pet dander, so I'm glad to get everything pet related out of there! Rick is a little more expensive than some of the coupons you will see in the mail, but he's really worth it for the thorough cleaning he'll do. It's seems pretty unlikely you will get thorough cleaning for a $49 or $99 "special offer", unless your house is really tiny. Otherwise you'll probably get an upsell instead, and a really quick run-through that doesn't leave adequate time to clean every vent. I had 25 vents not counting the dryer, and the house pretty good sized, so it took several hours to get them all. If I ever need my vents cleaned again, I'm calling Rick's company.

Easy to work with. They arrived when they said they would and I didn't have to wait in a window of time. They did exactly what I needed them to do.
