Great! They showed up on time, did the work, and showed us how to use it. We love the Hopper boxes and Dish Network.

Dan came out the day after I called Satellite City for an appraisal. We have stone above the fireplace and there was a lot more to mounting the TV than hanging it. There were several different options as to how they would go about this, but he wanted to make it the least invasive and keep the cables and cords out of site. He quoted us somewhere around $700, which seemed like a lot to me, but we just wanted the TV hung. Dan was very up front with us. He gave me the list of supplies that he would use and the cost of those supplies if purchased from them. We had the long HDMI cables here, so we didn't need to purchase them. They were $79. But I'm not sure if that was each or individually. The two installers came out a few days later at the designated time, did their installing, and were done in about as much time as they told me it would take. Overall, all of the people I was in contact with from Satellite City were very friendly and professional. I paid less than the estimated amount , so that was exciting. I definitely recommend Satellite City.

I would recommend having Satellite City install and set up new TVs and satellite services. We have had companys sent from Dish Network in the past, but the SC folks are customer friendly and really strive to provide the best service. They evaluated our needs and made suggestions for setup we hadn't considered. We purchased our own TVs and sound bar, but they also sell TVs. I've learned that technology and 50" flat screens installed above fireplaces is best done by a professional. You will be glad you called.

Very well. Installation person was ontime. Polite and introduced himself. Asked questions regarding placement of the dish. Showed me the TV remote and all its functions.

They took time to investigate what needed to be done before they started the install. Did a great job of installing the wiring and receiver. Made sure everything was working just right before they left. The installers were very freindly and curtious. Job well done!

I updated this review. There were some issues with our system, but after working with Satellite City they've been resolved and I can now give them a hearty two thumbs up.

First of all I just want to say how pleased I am with the job Satellite City did. A week before the scheduled work was to be done they called and told me who was going to do the work and about how long it would take. We then went over everything I wanted them to do (Verification of what was discussed during the initial meeting). Dan was great, he ran all the wires to the rooms requested and instead of drilling holes through my siding he went through the basement and up into the walls. On the outside where the Dish is mounted all the wires are neat and clean (they are hidden from site along the house so you can't even tell there are wires.). From now on Satellite City will be doing my Satellite work. I want to especially thank Dan for his first class work.

We were referred to them by a local "home theater" company because we wanted a unique installation. We had been unable to do this when contacting the satellite company directly. Jeremy listened to our concerns, explained we were the first customers in this area to ask for a "single wire multi-switch" which allowed us to have more than one TV hooked to the satellite dish with only one set of cables coming into the house. The house has networked wiring. They knew what we were asking for, and were willing to do the work. They did a good job.
