SANELA'S CLEANING CO

Without our knowledge, Sanela’s team used one of our cleaning agents on our floor. They didn’t read the bottle and it turned out to be wax. We now have spots all over our main floor that they refuse to clean. We also learned they use water to clean our basement. We are in the midst of a global pandemic and they use water. Not acceptable. I ended the contract early. Would not recommend.

I had her come out twice. I used them a week and a half ago. I used them on my house for a clean out. That was surprisingly cheap because I priced four or five people for a move out clean on my house and they were only $170 that was her finished fee. I mean the furniture was gone. Everything was out, but you had to clean the refrigerator, clean out the cabinets and they did a nice job. When I grade somebody, I hate to give them the best grade or the worst grade, I try to be in the middle, but to be honest they were very good. She was accommodating. They were on time. They're very nice and polite, they're from Bosnia, they don't speak real, good English yet, only two of them speak some English, but they were very polite and pleasant people. I used them again two days ago.

That one was not quite as well done. It was just the cleaning they didn't do quite as well as before. Some of the cabinets they left some crumbs, and one of the toilet lids wasn't very clean.
