He is courteous, well spoken, trustworthy, eager to educate you about your issues, knowledgable in many area’s of construction, and willing to help you in any way. I feel lucky to have found him.

Jon and his team were great. He let me know what the issue was with a sag in the roof, what potential things may come up and what my options were with repair. He quoted me 1/3 of other contractors and ended up coming in UNDER the quoted price. Integrity and honesty are hard to come by with may businesses anymore and Jon showed me they're still out there! If we weren't moving, I would definitely hire him again in the future.

Roof Iowa has to be the absolute best roofing company in the Des Moines area to work with. If any roofer deserves your trust, call them. Seriously. I was in desperate need for a new roof, but was ready to pull my hair out from the process of getting estimates. I called 8 companies and only 3 actually came out to look at my roof. The prices were confusing. The other guys were not as professional and pushy. I wasn't happy at all but was ready to settle. I hate to admit it but I was ready to hire one of them even against my better judgment, BUT I had a neighbor recommend Roof Iowa and everything took a turn for the better. The guy I met was courteous, professional, and he raised awareness to issues on my roof I never even considered to question. This kind of customer service is unmatched by anyone anymore these days. My roof looked amazing when completed and the cleanup job was the icing on the cake. And believe me, I looked for nails when they were done but found none! I am 100% satisfied with my roof now and actually have confidence in what's over my head. I have recommended Roof Iowa to several people and will continue to do so without any hesitation.

Jon came out and did a great job. He was very courteous and communicated well. He even left me some extra shingles just in case. I found the service to be great, prices to be great, and he cleaned up after himself well. Will definitely use him when I am ready to replace the whole roof.

Jon was in constant communication with me and came out to look at my gas pipe/vent on my roof. Water kept leaking onto the vent pipe inside and dripping down into the basement every time it rained. He came and inspected the pipe and did some caulking. He did not charge me for it but did warn me the pipe needed to be replaced. He did let me know that the roof would eventually need to be replaced in a couple of years and he wanted to save me money by caulking the pipe so that the pipe would not have to be replaced until I decided to put a new roof on in a couple of years. He hoped the caulking would stop the leak and that would save me 500-600 dollars now. He seemed really honest and was very informative. I will end up using him again.
