Everything went really well. It was done in a timely manner, and they even went above and beyond and fixed some things that weren't on the estimate for us.

I just wrote a separate view. This was such an outstanding experience. Got Roof Iowa LLC through Home Advisor. Did business through email, phone and text. Outstanding. His quote was not the lowest, but explained every single thing that actually needed to be done, and options to be expected (and their anticipated expense) costs should additional repairs be needed. So the total cost was $2000, but was anticipated and expected because of mold inside the attic portion. Jon Carrington/Roof Iowa did the work at 1/6 of the cost of our highest bid. Our work required taking off two layers of shingles and all that goes with that, plus replacing sheathing because of mold. We are so thrilled with Jon's work and remedying our roof AND mold problems, while salvaging other things that did not need to be done at much higher cost. Believe him to be an honest, hard working person worthy of your business!!!!

Jon was the only company that called back in a reasonable amount of time. Another company called back after the repair was already don't by Roof Iowa. I cannot say enough nice things about Jon. It is refreshing to work with a business that is not only concerned about the money they might make. Jin came to my house after we had talked briefly on the phone about what the issue was. He looked inside at the place we had a leak and then went up to the roof to check it out. He came in about 5 minutes later and showed me pictures and told me what he had done to hopefully remedy the problem. He also told me that we don't need a new roof at this point but gave me a price range for when we do (probably another year maybe two). The best part was... Jon then told me that he wouldn't charge me for the fix he did do because he couldn't be for sure that would solve the issue and wouldn't feel right about charging me for it. wow! How impressive. Because of his honesty and integrity we WILL use Roof Iowa when we do need a new roof. Ps. It does appear that his fix DID solve the current issue.

Roofing crew was very efficient. They did an excellent job with the workmanship and on cleaning up after the completion of the work.

Jon was Jonny (sorry) on the spot as being the first to call right after I posted the request. Despite him being very busy, he managed to come provide me with a very reasonable estimate and a scheduling that suited my needs. On top of that, he was concerned about the wet weather that was approaching and managed to fit me into his busy schedule by doing the job himself...That's Customer Service. He specializes in roofing, but performs other services, as well. With the ever changing landscape of contractors, It's comforting to know we can confidently call Jon in our hour of need. He is personable, professional and above all else, honest. Highly recommended and will be sure to pass it along to the neighbors and contacts...

If you are looking for an HONEST roofing company, look no further. We had a new roof installed this summer by a different roofing company. Not only did this company do inferior work, they caused $50,000.00 water damage to the inside of our home after the first rain. We called Jon and he came over immediately, took pictures and showed us all the problems the previous roofer did not do. He had to completely tear off the new roof, and did numerous repaired that should have been completed by this other roofing company. Before we could continue with the construction of the inside of the house, a new roof had to be installed. Jon worked us in, did a professional job, cleaned up as if they were never here and we could not be happier. I jokingly call him our "Knight in Shinning Shingles". His honestly is above reproach and we would highly recommend Jon and his company Roof Iowa

Called me shortly after I submitted the request. Inspected the roof and took photos to show is the issue. Gave us options to repair parts of the roof that are trouble areas to get us by a few more years before we need to replace the roof. Prompt and quality service.

We live out of state, own a rental house in Iowa. Hiring workers can be difficult to say the least. We got a phone call from Jon and he got on the job of inspecting, getting us the estimate, getting us the contract and doing the work in a most efficient manner. I would absolutely use him again if I have a roofing issue! Great service at a fair price!
