Left it clean and tidy as well. Identified some other things that need attention, but was fine with pointing out they didn't need done right away and could wait until I could plan them in the budget. He gave me a couple of choices and was on the job about 3 or 4 days after I had accepted the proposal. They cleaned up their mess when they were finished.
