Lee was very responsive to my questions about the job and quote beforehand. I could tell he had the experience I was looking for. I also like using local businesses. His work was clean and he was respectful to the area he was working in and cleaned up his work area when done. I also liked his payment options being on line. I would definitely use Lee again and be happy to refer him to anyone looking for a plumber hvac repairman.

Quick, friendly, seemed to do the job well

This was the third time in the past 4 years I've had excellent service from Pro Plumbing for different problems. The service is scheduled as soon as possible. Lea shows up on time, fixes the problem, gives good advice, and charges a surprisingly reasonable fee.

It went great--didn't get all pumped up over nothing, and everything flowed smoothly. He didn't water anything down, and did not drain me financially. This guy is definitely not a snake and you don't have to worry about him leaking anything out to people who make be snakes. You won't be trapped into anything and won't end up in a lot of hot water with this guy. If you want a plumber who is not a drip, this guy is for you.

Lee was very punctual and did the job the next day after I called him. He was knowledgeable with over 25 years experience in plumbing. He did the job correctly and cleaned up after the job was done. Could not ask him to do anything differently.

Lee was really great to work with. Explained things so I could understand. Gave me great advice. Will definitely call again for any future plumbing issues.

Lee responded quickly with a fair quote for the job. He worked flexibly with our other sub-contractors to set up the fireplace when the area was ready. He was very willing to work through all the issues to make the venting system work for the space. I was impressed with his efforts to make it all fit well. After the front finish was completed he came back to do the final install parts and do a trial start-up and training for the unit. He finished the install in less time than quoted so gave us a final bill with less labor fees which was greatly appreciated. He does excellent work and has a pleasant personality. I will use him again for more jobs and highly recommend his work.

Lee responded very quickly to my request for a bid for the job, came to look at the job and got me numbers via email promptly. He was very pleasant and informative about the possibilities we may encounter as we undo and redo the bar area. It took two trips to get the job uninstalled and reinstalled in the new configuration. Luckily the floor drain did not have to be moved. so Lee refigured the bill at the end to reflect less labor which was greatly appreciated. He moved water lines, reinstalled the sink and also installed a water line to the refrigerator. Lee was an energetic worker and got the jobs done nicely, I highly recommend his work and feel he is very fair with his quotes.

Lee was fantastic from beginning to end , he cares about the customer and is very honest. We wanted plumbing moved for the shower and he done a great job broke up concrete and moved over piping installed shower nicley. Vanity and sink was installed just as we asked and everthing was done in good time , we asked for last minute change on shower faucet before drywall was done he was on time and changed things before drywall company showed up . He listened to what we wanted and done it, great person and good at what he does and we will use his company again.

What a wonderful experience. My husband and I had worked to clear our blocked drain for most of our Saturday with no success. When we called Lee, we were figuring we might not hear back since it was near 5 PM on a weekend, but he called back within just a few minutes. He was available, and after getting some details over the phone, came over immediately. He was cheerful and very understanding (even sharing stories with us about blocked drains and such) and was extremely efficient. The blockage (he said he figured it to probably be over a foot long) was cleared and everything is functioning great again. Boy! Will we ever keep his number close. We had other projects that we had been thinking about over the last few years, and after some verbalization of our dreams, will probably be calling on him to help us see some of those dreams come to fruition. I would HIGHLY recommend his services...and he's local!! We are so lucky.

We just thought he was going to leave a box for us to put in, but he did all of it for no extra charge.
