Description of Work: They do get busy and they do get backed up due to the weather. I would give them a B+ and I like that they are local.

+ -1 moreThe project was done and the folks that did the work were professional and timely. The work was not completed but I still receifed a bill for the entire project; I inquired on this and was told , it would be completed when the weather was better. As to asking for mulch, I made a mistake not getting an estimate but when I received the bill and compared it to other sites and businesses, found it was grossly overcharged. Project still not finished
Description of Work: I found this company by using angies list for the first time; Have had no luck with Landscaping companies in Des moines, Iowa. I received a bid on putting in new stairs; This work was done but was not finished and was promptly billed for it. I asked them to put in mulch in areas, that were not large and received a bill for that it was staggering; I emaled them to finish the stairs so I could pay them and asked them to look into the outrageous bills for the mulch, and received a reply 3 days ago that said, "they would look into this". The work was grossly overcharged and the work that was bid is not completed

+ -1 moreActually started the process in Sept. of 2010. I met with Dan Canova and he started designing a full landscape plan for my home. Dan asked what was important and incorporated my lifestyle and ideas into the landscape plan. The first phase of the the landscape plan was for the front yard and it was completed on May 9th of 2011. Dan met with me in the morning and talked me through what would take place and introduced the crew. The crew working on the landscape were true professionals. They conducted themselves as great representatives for their company. They completed the work on time and did an outstanding job. Their work did not stop there, they made sure all of the excess stone, mulch, dirt and sod were removed from my yard. They went so far as to sweep the street in the area where they had unloaded equipment and their trucks were parked. Dan called the next day to follow up with me and to ensure that I was satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: Total landscape design. Estimates on each section of the total design. final design review on the front yard section (edger color, verification of plants, final tweaks to the layout) Actual landscapeing follow up on results
