+ -1 moreAfter meeting with me and agreeing to various terms, I was told we would meet again in two week to go over the plans and price details. The owner knew I was under a time limit. I never heard from him again and my multiple attempts to reach him were not returned. If he decided that my new home was too small of a project and he was too busy with larger jobs, a quick conversation was all that we needed so I could move on to other builders and still meet my deadlines. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I hired this company to build a custom home.

Description of Work: They built my home.I was greatly disappointed in the quality of work as well as the time it took. The project was to take 4 months its been over 8 and its still not done. We had to upgrade almost everything that was budgeted for us to pick out to a total of over $20,000. Towards the beginning of the project a shower seat and grab bar where pick out and we where told it would be installed. Later we where he would no longer do the installation of these items and I would need to find someone else to install them. The contract Kenny uses refers back to the print witch you must sign off on after looking at it. But you cannot have or even purchase a copy of said print (I tried). I could go on but my best advice would be find another contractor.
