The service technician Josh very courteous, friendly knew what he's doing, very helpful. He explained what was going on and I appreciate that.

Mike was very punctual and clean installing our new tub! He worked with our insurnace on our behalf and took care of everything. Refreshing finding a plumber that shows up!

Had the very best experience with Rick and Dane! Extremely professional, organized, wonderful attention to detail and had a vast knowledge of information related to many projects I need help with. Even though I had a small repair job compared to a remodel project, Kitchen and Bath treated me as if I was their most important customer. I found them on Angie's list and was immediately contacted by phone and email. As I was going out of town, Kitchen and Bath worked around my schedule. I was given an estimated time and then contacted by Dave within the window of time I was given. Dave determined the problem, went to get the part needed, and repaired my leaking water supply line in no time. Price was reasonable as well. Thank you Kitchen and Bath. I will use you again.

We hired them to tear down the tiny existing bathroom to the studs and expanded it into some bedroom closet space in our 1924 home. Rick clearly explained the entire process, timeline and costs. They brought samples to our home during a very professional bid presentation that blew away the other companies we met with. Every subcontractor was professional there was little to no mess or inconvenience to us. Project manager Zach was great at communication via text. All workers tolerated our dog being home so we were grateful not to have to relocate her during work days. Final results looked great and high end -despite our budget choice to use man-made materials for flooring and backsplash. I Loved that they spoke to both our neighbors to let them know to contact them if any issues with construction traffic. Project ended ahead of schedule and exactly on the budget they promised - except we did have to pay a one-time additional cost due to unexpected plumbing issue - but it is a very old house and if we d hired a plumber ourselves I m sure that hiccup would have cost a lot more/ you never know what to expect before the walls come down. If you have an old house and have been dreaming of knocking out a wall to expand and update your kitchen or bath I highly recommend them.

Expanded and finished off our master bedroom area. Pretty simple project, weather delayed many things and caused a lot of stress with the mess. We felt the communication was a bit lacking in the beginning however Zach stepped in and from there things went smoother. Overall extremely satisfied especially the effort to contain the mess!

Fantastic work on our kitchen remodel!! Our son hired them in Ankeny and they were kind enough to travel almost 2 hours to remodel ours. If you want a company that does everything and does it well then I would highly recommend these guys!

We were promised samples to select roofing material. Has not been done. They were scheduled to begin work Monday, we moved our cars, no one showed up. We contacted them, now they are supposed to start next Monday. We have paid half down, beginning to wonder. We still haven't chosen our roofing material.

We decided this would be our forever home and hired Kitchen&Bath Solutions to install a new family room with a fireplace unit. We agreed to a flexible schedule and in 2 months from signing we are completed. Rick is great to work with!

Completely redid our upper and lower kitchens for our daughters graduation next spring. From design to finish it was a truly a stress free process. At the beginning we were a little bit concerned on the process and due date. The owner promptly sent Zach and from there we felt taken care of. We highly recommend asking for Zach to manage your project.

Very pleased with our kitchen remodel. We purchased â secondsâ for our cabinets from a local cabinet maker. This was the only company willing to modify and fit them to our kitchen. Cabinets are expensive and we very much appreciate the willingness to maximize our budget. Rick was a lifesaver!

Very customer oriented. When they were done, the cleanup was like they were never here. Very pleased from beginning to end and the roof looks great. Would definitely recommend them

The only issue we had, were some of their subcontractors did not clean-up after themselves very good, other than that good company to work with.

My wife and I are putting our home on the market, we just finished our backsplash and countertops. Next week they are doing our roof! Great group of people to work with!

Hired Mike to install our new fireplace unit. His two man crew took 5 days to frame and tile our unit. Very impressed with the workmanship!

This 6 week project took an entire year. It was plagued by worker turnover, a series of mistakes, poor organization and inefficient coordination and planning. To be fair, the end product is nice overall, with a few concerns.. Dane does make reasonable efforts at customer service and did respond, albeit slowly, to our concerns - except the ones about how slowly the project was going.

Friendly and respectful crew. Helped my wife and I install new cabinets in our down stairs bar and two bathrooms. We will plan to use them again for future projects.

We extended our kitchen out 6 feet to fit an island and also added a patio door last fall. The crews were efficient and the they kept it in our budget. New cabinets, countertops, and flooring are second phase and we can t wait!

All of the workers were very friendly and nice. They explained everything and answered all questions. They cleaned up everything every day. The roof looks great!

Kitchen & Bath Solutions completely saved our project. Our first contractor left us mid project! We had a plumber there within 12 hours of calling and Zach was sent out within 3 hours after talking with Verla. THANK YOU!!!!

Dishwasher flooded our upstairs while on vacation. Rick was able to work with our insurance on new flooring and take care of negotiations. Very impressed with level of customer service.

Efficient framing crew! We gutted out basement from flooding and re framed the whole down stairs including a damaged awning on our second level. Took 2 days very pleased!

New two stall garage added to my home. Very pleased with the attention to our property. We were even able to save my flowers and Mike replanted them all for me!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Dane Nolte and Kitchen and Bath Solutions was a nightmare. I hired them for a full bath remodel and kitchen backsplash and under cabinet lighting. After almost 6 weeks of excuses, lies, workers not showing up, and sub par work, I asked Mr. Nolte if we could part ways. We agreed that I would pay for the work done so far and he d refund the rest. I had written checks totaling over $21,000 and he decided he only owed me $1400! I kept the tile that we ordered, so I was all in for approximately $17,000. For $17,000, I got a bathroom that was only 30% complete and the kitchen was never touched!!! I had to hire someone else to finish the project and spent thousands of dollars re-doing the sub par work. Reviews on Buildzoom indicate that there are several other homeowners who have experienced similar problems with Kitchen and Bath Solutions. Also note Mr. Nolte s responses to these reviews. He takes no responsibility for any of these issues, blaming the workers and homeowners. I assume his response to this review will be similar.

Wow...breathtaking! My bathroom went from a ho-hum general contractor grade installation, that had no updates for probably 20+ years, to a masterpiece. Dane and his crew were outstanding and I was treated like a queen. My home was also treated with the utmost respect, daily clean up was amazing and my carpets were protected. I tried to say out of their way, but when I was home, each and everyone one of crew were so personable. That meant a lot to me. I financed a portion of the remodel and that was as seamless as the remodel itself. I cannot say enough about the quality and workmanship. I wish I had pictures to add. The entire Team is simply amazing. None of this would have happened if I wasn't comfortable with Rick and Doug, the estimators. Outstanding job by all!
