Work was performed to my "high" expectations and done within a short time line and well.

Dan's people did a very thorough, good quality job for this small project. He worked with me on some changes that came up with no issues. The price was reasonable, and I would have hesitancy in using his company again. It took a little longer than expected, but the rain had a lot to do with the delay.

I couldn't be any happier with the job Iowa Home Exteriors did on my home. From the beginning Dan at Iowa Home Exteriors was very honest and pleasant to deal with. He gave us extremely competitive pricing and went over the process in great detail. Not only did his price beat his competitors, he put in the extra time to hand draw some unique design ideas. After agreeing to go with one of Dan's ideas and going with Iowa Home Exteriors, he did not just disappear. He stayed in touch on when the materials will arrive, when his crew will arrive and kept me up to date throughout the entire project. The siding crew was diligent, clean and respectful. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up each night and keeping the project moving along. I received many compliments from neighbors about how well the crew stayed on task, didn't blast their music and kept the neighborhood looking good. The feedback I have received since the project's completion has been amazing. Dan turned a square, white house into a home with character and is now the gem of the neighborhood. Very we'll, Dan was punctual and actually performed the work while we were on vacation. We. Came home to a finished project with no mess!

Dan was punctual and did a great job for us. He always followed up to let us know where we were at in the process and was very patient with our requests to build the deck a certain way. We had a landscape architect design the deck and It looks like the drawing, very sturdy! He then connected us with a welder (we wanted a steel railing) and continued to follow up on the railing even though he was out of the picture and had been paid. He does all kinds of handy work and we have hired him to do other small jobs as well.
