Hope Cleaning Aid

We had our appointment sheduled for a weekday and the cleaning crew never showed up. We were never notified that something that happened or that they were not coming. We spoke with the gentlemen that set the cleaning appointment and he said that he would look into what had happened and schedule an alternate time. We scheduled the time for the following day and he promised they would treat us well because of the scheduling problem. The cleaners came, but did not clean what was discussed (it was as if someone got a phone call in the middle of the cleaning and left - the master bathroom wasn't cleaned and the other bathrooms were only half clean). We were asked to provide a priority list (even though the cleaning was based on square footage) and the cleaners did not follow the list. We even left a $20 tip ahead of time (which was taken). We contacted the gentleman we spoke to earlier and he apologized and sent someone back the following day. His voice mail was full every time we called, but he was always very nice when we spoke with him and wanted to make things right. He truly was kind. It also appeared that they used our vacuum, which was hidden in a closet in a room with the door shut - it was fine that they used it (and we would have been happy to have left it out), but odd that they went through our closets.
