I have rental properties and have hired Juan and Sam 5 times so far to install luxury vinyl plank and carpet, as well as stretching carpet. They are ethical and honest. They carry a wide variety of well-known/reputable brands and their pricing is very, very competitive. I have already booked them for 2 more jobs early spring.

We were very impressed with Juan's service, professionalism, flexibility, and communication. He did an excellent job at sretching our carpet. We hired him on the spot to install carpet on our stairs. On top of all of this, his prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend him.
