We were looking to replace carpeting in our family room prior to selling our house. I had in mind that we should be able to do it for $500 but discovered that would only give us the cheapest quality. The better quality carpet was closer to $1,000. Justin worked with us to find a good quality carpet at a lower price. He listened to what we wanted to do and suggested a good option that fit in our budget and looks great. The carpet arrived within the two weeks that he stated and he gave us a week's notice on when it would arrive and the installers would be here to do the work. We took out the old carpeting ourselves to save $125. We are very satisfied with the carpet and prompt and professional service we received.

The installers were prompt and did a nice job. They communicated well with us and we had no concerns about having them in our home. Mike at the store was very helpful in selecting our carpet/pad and making sure everything went smoothly.
